Hi, I’m Brooklyn. As a massage therapist, I love to go beyond simply easing sore muscles — my focus is on finding the true source of tension and helping the body heal from the inside out. I enjoy “digging in” and exploring the areas that hold stress or restriction, and I take pride in helping clients discover long-lasting relief rather than just temporary comfort.
I also believe that relaxation of the nervous system is just as important as working with the muscles. In my treatments, I combine therapeutic techniques with a calming, supportive environment so that your body and mind can both let go. Each session is guided by your needs — sometimes that means having a light, friendly conversation, and sometimes it means creating space for silence and deep rest.
My priority is always your comfort. I want every client who walks into my treatment room to feel safe, cared for, and understood. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply need time to recharge, I’m here to support you with a mix of skill, intuition, and genuine compassion.

Hi, I am Maureen! I have been a certified foot reflexologist since 2002 and hold my RCRT (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist) designation. With over 20 years of experience, I offer thoughtful, grounded treatments that support relaxation, circulation, and overall well-being.
I also have a background in Pilates, which has deepened my understanding of body mechanics and movement, allowing me to approach each session with greater awareness and precision.
I am a lifelong learner, deeply committed to my work and continuously expanding my knowledge. I bring intention, presence, and genuine care into every reflexology session.
Whether your goal is to reduce stress, support internal systems, or reconnect with your body, reflexology is based on the principle that specific areas of the feet reflect the entire body. By applying controlled pressure to these points, I help stimulate physiological responses that promote relaxation, balance, and improved systemic function.

I graduated from Wellington College in 2007 and am a member of the MTAM Association. I became an RMT as I have a passion for helping others relieve stress using relaxation techniques. I have been massaging since I was a child, finding my passion early tending to family, friends, and coworkers. I have taken the Intro to Pregnancy Pelvis, and Hot Stone courses.
I specialize in relaxation, deep tissue hot stone and pregnancy massage. My style of treatment would be described as deep tissue flushing (relaxing with slow deeper pressure). During my downtime you can find me in a great book, watching tv or a movie, attending a concert, travelling, or visiting with family and friends.
Other massage experience has come in the form of her practicum in 2007 at the Tiny Tim’s Centre for children with disabilities in Coventry, UK, and volunteered at events like the MS Bike tour Dauphin/Clear Lake 2005/2006, Canada Summer Games in Wpg 2017 and World Police and Fire Games 2023 to name a few.

Hi! I am Nav! As a compassionate and grounded RMT at NESTERRA, I believe in the power of touch to restore both body and mind. The approach I use blends clinical knowledge with a calm, intuitive presence, helping clients feel truly seen, supported, and cared for. My experience as a competitive gymnast taught me how vital movement, alignment, and flexibility are for a healthy body. My treatments are often described as “different from a regular massage.” I combine joint mobilization, Functional Muscle Release, and both active and passive stretching to address muscles, joints, and overall movement patterns. The result is a highly focused experience that not only relieves pain but also restores freedom of movement and lasting balance. I speak English, Hindi, and Punjabi, which allows me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and create a safe, welcoming space for everyone. Outside of work, I value mindfulness, meaningful conversations, and making others feel at ease — qualities I bring into every treatment session. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, overwhelmed by daily stress, or seeking a deeper connection to your body, I’ll tailor each session to support what you need most.
Come visit me at NESTERRA — let’s start your healing journey together.
